Achieving flexible mobile provision and cost management for a diverse user base.
With a large number of mobile users consuming varying levels of data, the client required the contractual flexibility to cancel or amend services as and when required. They also wished to set usage limits and alerts so they could control costs and take prompt remedial action.
The solution
All-inclusive mobile tariffs on a rolling 30-day contract.
Through our wholesale relationship with Vodafone we were able to build a solution that exactly fitted the client’s business requirements. We supplied a range of cost effective ‘all inclusive’ tariffs with individual data allowances for each user. A rolling 30-day contract ensured excellent flexibility, while our mobile management portal allows the client to set usage levels and spend level alerts, which we monitor.
