Having transferred our communications to Alliance in November, I thought that I would write amid thank you for the excellent service we received. You, and your customer care team have have been very helpful throughout the change over. To be honest, the process was effortless and lines changed to your network so seamlessly that we wouldn't have have detected a thing had you not kept us so well informed throughout the process!

Recently we have received your first bill for calls made in December and this has prompted me to write. The bill is clear and concise with some excellent color graphs and management information included. All very well displayed, indeed. It has also highlighted the fact that our calls are now significantly less costly than previously, and that the savings you promised us were definitely genuine!

You mentioned that you could provide me with an email of the monthly call itemization, as a spreadsheet if required. I would like to take advantage of this service so that I can print a copy of the call records relating to our home workers who are also using the service. I would be grateful if you could provide me with this at your earliest convenience.

We now have 6 months under our belts as an Alliance customer.

Our situation was complicated, with offices in both Bristol and London, staff that are often out seeing clients and salespeople working from home. You were quickly able to propose a solution to our communications systems at Best Health. We are now able to log in to our phone system from anywhere via the internet and pick up messages or make changes such as diverting calls at the click of a mouse.We can even bring our phone with us if we are in another office.

We are now in complete control of our phone system and and can see the savings with each monthly bill.
