The challenge
Consolidating virtual numbers onto a single platform, devising a flexible mobile solution, and supporting a business merger with a new phone system.
The client had a large range of virtual numbers for each franchise that needed to be consolidated onto a single platform. They also required a flexible mobile solution for key staff within the head office and a new, integrated phone system that would support two merging businesses cost effectively.
The solution
Virtual number management online, a Vodafone mobile telephony package and hosted 8×8 telephony.
We ported all of the virtual numbers onto our NGN management platform. This allows HR Dept to manage their numbers and instantly repoint them as and when required. Through our wholesale relationship with Vodafone we created a bespoke mobile package and we implemented our hosted 8×8 telephony solution for the new office, which enables the client to manage communications across two businesses and cost centres.
